I gotta say, I saw their auditions, along with my son's on YouTube and my son was one of the most watched. I was surprised they didn't pick him. He was ideal, but I think they were looking for certain "types" to suit the drama. I suspected they'd end up picking actors because the auditions were so awful, so I'm glad they're using real people. I'm also glad he didn't get it because he's been one busy guy. He couldn't have done school and that at the same time. I'm not holding out a lot of hope. I don't think Steve and Tango can carry a show, but for a 6-parter, it might be entertaining.
I think we've got proof in the pudding now that Syfy is more interested in bodies (the females) than they are professionalism.
