18-year-old Travis and 16-year-old Vicki both hope to use their psychic abilities to help people. They get their chance when Chris and Edy invite them to participate in a missing persons investigation conducted by Boston University teacher and former police official Tom Shamshak.
Using information they glean from reading the personal items of the missing man, Travis and Vicki lead the group to the location he was last seen. Many of the things they got "psychically" are validated at the scene and Tom Shamshack pledges to bring back cadaver dogs and do a search of an area ignored by the police previously.
