I'm just guessing but this must be regarding the guest ghost hunter who purposely threw (I think) a KII meter however, said that an entity knocked it out of his hand, which caused it to fly across the room. Just guessing here but it's a pretty good guess. And, it most certainly looked like he did purposely throw it.
